University Medical Center CT Scan Suite Renovation

Alterations, renovations and upgrades of an existing CT scan room, control room and ancillary space to an existing space located within an operational emergency department wing of UMC. As a result, diligent planning, coordination and collaboration was of the essence while adhering to stringent state and local healthcare standards with the challenge of delivering the project in a timely manner. Alterations and demolition within the existing space were made to accommodate the replacement of a new state of the art CT scan equipment and infrastructure along with upgrades to utilities, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, medical gas, millwork, lighting, and finishes.
