GSA Social Security Administration 1st Floor Renovation

Renovated approximately 17,000 Sq. Ft. of existing SSA office. Scope included removal and salvage of furniture and cabinets, demolition of carpet, ceramic tile, ceilings, light fixtures and ceiling mounted equipment. New construction consisted of installing new accordion movable wall partition, gyp. board partitions with level 4 finish, new acoustic ceiling tile, solid vinyl wall covering, millwork, lighting, fire alarm system and electric circuits for over 100 workstations.
