COEP Aircraft Rescue Repairs

The project includes the renovation of the 14,500 SF EPIA Aircraft and Fire Fighting Station. The improvements include the demolition of existing finishes replacement of Existing Millwork, Flooring and Doors and the construction of new restrooms for the facility. Updating to existing electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems, also the replacement of windows and lighting for energy efficient equals. The project also includes structural components for a new mezzanine inside one of the existing vehicle bays.
