City of El Paso Fire Station 20 Bay Addition

This renovation includes the addition of a new bay to house the fire station’s new fire apparatus. The new 1,000 SF bay consists of structural steel with a standing seam metal roof supported by a CMU envelope with brick veneer to match the existing building for a seamless addition to the existing fire station. Additionally, the new bay and existing bays were also equipped with a state-of-the-art vehicle exhaust system. The new bay also has a new HVAC, LED lighting, maintenance-free flooring, and plenty of natural light.
