In his role as Division Manager, Oscar works to instill the Veliz Construction values of integrity, reliability and performance in company operations, project management, staffing, project selection and project planning.

Oscar has spent nearly 10 years in the construction industry, working as an estimator and project manager on civil construction and renovations. In that time, he learned listening is a critical component for success, and adhering to standards and ethics creates opportunities for relationships to grow.
